Food is the reason we are doing what we are doing. We are passionate foodies, and strongly believe in great quality produce, prepared simply.
We want to offer a menu that has a range of lighter style dishes suited to breakfast, brunch or a light lunch. We cook as much as possible from scratch on the premises and actively seek out the best possible ingredients, locally wherever possible.
We use organic free range eggs from Little Comfort Farm, our wonderful sourdough bread comes from Red Dog Bakery and our extra virgin olive oil comes from some of Italy’s finest small producers whom we are fortunate to know personally. The effort that goes into producing this kind of food is incredible and we don’t mind paying more for it compared with soulless mass manufactured food. Along with great seasonal produce, we think it’s hard to go too far wrong with this kind of stuff.
We follow food trends closely and want to offer a range of food that is nutritionally balanced. Our menu changes regularly and reflects the seasons.
